On 12th March 2011, the Panth Time programme was broadcasted from Ramgarhia Sikh Temple Birmingham.The Gurdwara Committee took this opportunity to release an official statement confirming its decision to adhere to Sri Akal Takht Sahib Maryada and stop the serving and consumption of meat, alcohol and tobacco at the associated Maharaja Jassa Singh Ramgarhia Hall.
